Zoom Scheduler Basic ends on 23 October 2026

If you have been using the free booking pages that come with Zoom Workplace, they stop taking bookings that day. This page explains what happens to your existing links and what your options are, including one that costs nothing.

What Zoom said

“As of October 23, 2026, Scheduler Basic — the free version of Zoom Scheduler included in your Zoom Workplace plan — will no longer be available.”

The notice goes on to say that booking pages you created will be deactivated and that new bookings cannot be made. Past and future bookings stay visible, and you will not be able to cancel, reschedule or delete them.

The practical effect is that every Zoom Scheduler link you have put anywhere goes dead. Email signatures, website footers, calendar invites, a LinkedIn bio. People who click one will not be told why.

Your three options

  1. Pay Zoom. Zoom Scheduler is $4.99/user/mo, billed annually, and your links keep working. If you use round-robin, routing forms, Salesforce sync or SMS reminders, this is the option that keeps them, because Rowan has none of those.
  2. Move to a paid alternative. Calendly’s free plan allows one event type; its paid plans start above Zoom’s price.
  3. Move to Rowan, free. Your booking link is unlimited on the free plan, with no seat count and no expiry. Rowan also answers emails and schedules for you, which Zoom Scheduler does not do at any price — five of those a month on the free plan, then $10 a month for unlimited.

Moving your link takes about five minutes

  1. 1. Connect the calendar you already book from. Google, Outlook or iCloud.
  2. 2. Set your hours and how long your meetings run.
  3. 3. Replace the Zoom Scheduler link in your signature with your Rowan one.

Do it before 23 October 2026 and nobody clicking your old link ever sees a dead page. Meetings already in your calendar are unaffected either way — they live in your calendar, not in Zoom Scheduler.
