How it works
Three steps, then you can forget about it.
Connect your calendar
Sign in with Google or Microsoft. Rowan reads your availability, so it knows when you can actually meet.
Copy Rowan in
Add Rowan to the CC line of any thread, or forward one across. Rowan takes it from there and replies to the other side directly.
Rowan books it
Times get proposed, agreed, and written to your calendar with a Meet, Teams or Zoom link attached. A reschedule moves the same event.
Make it yours
Your assistant does not have to be called Rowan.
Give it a name and it gets its own address. People write to it, reply to it, and it signs off as itself. The name is yours permanently — it is never handed to anyone else.

What Rowan touches
Your calendar, and nothing else.
- Reads your existing events to work out when you are free. Rowan needs the start and end times to see that a slot is taken.
- Creates, updates and cancels the events it schedules for you, so moving a meeting updates the invite everyone already holds instead of leaving a stale one behind.
- Reads your calendar settings once, when you sign up, so your timezone and default meeting length are right from the start instead of guessed. Rowan does not change them.
- Asks for nothing beyond that. Rowan has no access to your Gmail or Outlook mailbox, your contacts, or your files. Your calendar data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models.
Rowan's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The privacy policy sets out the detail.
